Festool's MFT/3 multifunction table uses a grid of Ø20 mm dog holes spaced 96 mm apart, with the first hole centred 71 mm from the edge. Bench dogs, clamps and guide-rail stops all rely on that grid, so a replacement or custom top only works if the pattern is exact.
This tool snaps your desired size to the nearest valid MFT/3 dimension (142–1966 mm, 1–20 holes per side) and generates a true-to-scale SVG of the hole pattern, including the four corner screw holes. Cut types and depths are encoded the way Shaper Origin expects: through-holes as interior cuts at board thickness plus 1 mm overcut, counterbores as pockets.
Import the SVG into Shaper Studio or straight onto Origin, choose the Helix strategy for the round holes, and cut. The tool is an independent hobby project and is not affiliated with Festool or Shaper.
Every number behind the tool — the grid, the edge margin, the screw holes, the size formula and all valid sizes — is listed on the specifications page, together with the addresses that return the pattern as SVG or JSON for scripts and AI assistants.
